Original electronic Scanned image These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background. For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book.

Here are some more errors again based on FanPro edition. It has either one "with" to many or one noun to few. Suggestion: Change "He favors with staying power - preferably designs with standard engine, lots of armor and exclusively armed with energy weapons. This is likely a typo. The second sentence of the second paragraphs in the Capabilities section of the Kirghiz reads "The A variant mounts a mix of hyper-long range autocannons, but its main forward-firing weapons are shorter-range PPCs and pulse lasers.
The issue with this is that the only autocannons this variant mounts are two identical LB 2-Xs, which in my book hardly count as a "mix of hyper-long range autocannons". Suggestion: Cange the quoted sentence to something like "The A variant mounts a pair of hyper-long range autocannons, but its main forward-firing weapons are shorter-range PPCs and pulse lasers. It has two hyper-long range autocannons, but its main forward-firing weapons are shorter-range PPCs and pulse lasers.

Description[ edit ] The Charger is seen as an example of abject failure in BattleMech design. However these features left very little room for offensive capability, an intentional deficiency on the part of the design team as they saw any task other than gathering data a distraction. In an odd twist of fate, the fall of the Star League and the start of the First Succession War would save the company and the Charger. Its greatest successes often came in less orthodox roles such as counter-insurgency operations. By nearly five hundred of the original thousand Chargers were still in use, largely with the Combine but also in the other Great Houses too.
